Very pleased with my progress while on my practice 2 practical module especially given the disruption we have experienced resulting from the pandemic. Sadly I left my sketchbooks at home, although imagery captured electronically, its not the same as having them in person.
My work is very one dimensional, too much texture with not enough contrast. The form is my biggest concern but my time at the boatyard will help address this. Lots of testing has been achieved in this module so much development has taken place.
The learning agreement needs alot of work ahead of practice 3 module as it will eventually feed into my poster for the graduation show. I intend on reading alot of ceramic magazines and visiting exhibitions to help clarify and inform my thinking going forward.
